Dennis was absolutely brilliant. The arm chair wasn't ready to collect at Laura Ashley and unfortunately was damaged which Dennis noticed. He was really patient and went out of his way to provide an excellent service. His van is spot less too! Absolutely fantastic experience and highly recommended. |

Dennis GR was very pleasant and punctual . I was surprised to see he worked alone, therefore I was required to help him which I was not happy to do. Having said that he certainly knew about removals as everything was properly stowed and tied down in his van . DennisGR This was my bidding message for the job: ''Please contact me, before accepting quote, in order to confirm availability. Man & Van service, customer helps loading/unloading. Unless otherwise pre-agreed, quoted price regards Pickup/Delivery from/to ground floor. After prior agreement, I can take up to two passengers at no extra cost. Full insurance cover: Hire & Reward, Goods in Transit, Public Liability. Price includes 20% VAT. By accepting my quote you accept the Terms & Conditions, located in my profile. Should you require any further details please do not hesitate to contact me. Dennis'' Some people just can't read! The customer never contacted me before accepting my bid. I haven't charged extra for picking all the items from the 1st floor and delivering half of them to 1st floor as well (as it was not stated in the listing) or because I had to park the van 30 metres away from the delivery doorway, I have layed blankets all around the floor, both on pickup and delivery locations, in order to keep the carpets clean, I have left a positive feedback because the customer was helpful and polite on the day and I got a neutral feedback for something that was clearly not my fault.
