The courier was told well in advance that the item was a small watercolour at an auction room. he bid on that premis. The communication from Dansgrou was pitifull to say the least. I tried hard to get this one sorted. No responses to my calls or txts :-( Dansgrou (29) replied: Hello, The couier did not collect as the parcels were not packaged and the store lost the packing labels |

Some difficulties with contact and I am sure users want more contact just to know things are OK. However, parcel was collected and delivered when Dan said it was going to be and that is what I paid for so a good result. He used City Link but no problem with that as he states he uses other couriers. Thanks. |

Load of rubbish. We have 3 adults at home and 1 child, no collection from here! On enquiring as to why package had not been collected at approx 11.30 am Company said it would be collected prior to 5pm that day although they had confirmed they would deliver to other end by close of working day prior to my booking! HAD TO CANCEL as package needed to be delivered that working day as arranged. Cost us Anyvan fee plus additional to expedite delivery by other means due to this Companies incompetence!! We will not use again. I asked for a direct service (not subcontracted out) and citylink turned up to collect without any notice or information from Dansgrou. Communication is poor. Dansgrou (29) replied: its ok, not that bad |
