A nightmare to deal with - no commutation or customer service skills - says it is picked it when its not - sitting over 7 hours waiting on delivery that never came on deadline day - cancelled the job when I found out they hadn't even pick the item up on the next day from supplier - another courier company went and got the item for us and all within 4 hours - he doesn't reply to emails, text or phone calls - bad experience and we needed the item for business use on the day it was suppose to be delivered. A complete waste of space - anybody can be late or held up that's normal but this company needs to have a look at the way it treats its so called customers.... and learn to talk to them to keep them informed all the way along the way..... |

Prior to accepting Danny's quote I negotiated a convenient date for delivery and as Danny needed help to manoeuvre the furniture I ensured that an extra pair of hands were available...........two people therefore took the day off work. There was no communication from Danny with the exception of trying to negotiate a different day as he had had a cancelation and was in the area. Danny won the job on Sunday at 1.30pm and then collected and delivered a Ride on Mower from Wincanton to Lockerbie (330 Miles) by 10am on Monday Morning............would recomend, great service! |

Not happy. Van breakdowns and did not pick up when they said. That left the eBay seller indoors all day. They then turned up the next day without adequate warning. I have no problems with breakdowns, but a simple phone call to either party would have been sufficient. Job abandoned |

Honest delivery person. Some improvement on communication would be beneficial for his future feedback, but if you do not mind calling him yourself you will get your item safe and sound. |
