I was requested to pay £30 more for second man on top of the £200 that was bid. The 2 men did not remove all the items but left some big items, fridge, bedside table, large mirror etc.. They arrived 1.45 and told me they had to be done and in manchester for 4pm for another job! On arrival at the other property they carried some items into doorway, I had emailed and asked for them to be put in specified rooms and they had agreed they would. They then dumped other items, freezer, large chest of drawers, heater etc.. on the side of the road and drove off waving. This was at 3.30pm! £230 for a couple of hours and half a job! Dont use these guys! DMSUK This lady lied through her teeth about what had to be done and wanted us to unload and carry goods across a busy main road and then up a flight of steps into the house. When orginally asked was told door to door and this is what was quoted for. She wanted us to carry urinated on mattresses as well as flea infested bedding. This woman also had a bad odour problem and there was dog poo all through the house and front garden, |

some of my furniture was damaged and my furniture was treated like it was being taken to the tip some of it was thrown down the stairs i do have photos of the damage i have tried to sort things out with the man who did the job is words to me were im a man with a van if you had hired pickfords it would have cost you alot more i said i still expect my furniture to be loaded and unloaded properly and arrive with no damage he wasnt interested do not use this man DMSUK This is sour grapes from somebody wanting a lot more to be done than they would pay for. My other feedback speaks for itself. |

The two men arrived on time, and completed the move (1 bedroom 1st floor flat, L17 to 1 bedroom ground floor flat L13) extremely quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, made very helpful suggestions and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would certainly use them again. |
