Before I accepted and paid, communications where quick and we agreed a collection time, however after paying there was no contact from the driver, they never called when they were on the way as promised, I had to apply for a refund and organise a new courier at short notice at extra cost - avoid this courier at all costs |

Driver was alleged to have had van troubles the night before so never collected the item for delivery. They never bothered to call me and tell me. DHR30 (10) replied: Original bid was set for a date stated on your quote ! I still tried to arrange alternative arrangements ! Once again as stated I was unable to keep answering phone whilst on another job as does not look professional then you text sayin you had already sorted something else out ! I have no other complaints about my service and only ask people to check the dates I quoted in first place before accepting regards dhr |
