I have over 10 years experience in the industry allowing me to offer a professional, efficient customer focused service.
My van is fully equipped with all the essentials to ensure a safe transit of your goods.
Currently only one van one man but able to provide extra hands on deck if necessary; will also be soon adding an extra 2 vans to create a fleet.
T&C
Although we quote a fixed price we reserve the right to amend it or make additional charges if any of the following have not been taken into account when preparing the quotation:
-There are delays outside our reasonable control in which event we will make an additional charge for waiting time calculated in accordance with our standard rates applicable at the time.
-Access to the collection or delivery point is inadequate or the approach is unsuitable for our vehicles.
Any parking or other fees or charges that we have to incur and pay in order to carry out the services you require. In all these circumstances you will be responsible for the extra charges.
-Dismantle or assemble furniture
-Move any item or items which our removal crew reasonably believe they cannot move safely or the removal of which may damage the item or items in question or its or their surroundings.
-If a booking starts or finishes in the congestion zone on a weekday (national holidays excluded) between 07:00AM - 18:00PM there is an £11.50 additional charge that will need to be paid in cash at the end of the job.
Before you accept our bid can you please make sure we are still available to do the job. Remember that We need listing with minimum 90 % of Your items before We accept the bid. It help us to give You the most competitive and good price.

Horrible experience, first of all, I placed my booking over the phone so I did not know I have to state parking as a special circumstances. At the pick up address it was single yellow line, which was acceptable if he can't park and help with the boxes and possessions. After I have moved half of the items down 3 floors and onto his van, he said it was too slow and he doesn't want to spent an hour on the job so we got another person to watch over the van while he moved with me. Not only he was only lifting the lighter objects but also was very rough, dropping my boxes and bags. (I haven't unpacked everything but so far one polystyrene boxes is complete broken to bits, not just cracks and tears it is broken into many bits.) I have stated around 8 boxes, but some boxes were smaller so in total i had around 11-12 boxes, he said extra charge is needed, I said okay but I've also informed him that I have spoken to his company before I booked as I wasn't sure about the amount. Which they have said it is okay to have a couple extra. Here are the items I have listed the table was only a 39 pound desk in IKEA, a light computer chair, the set of drawers are plastic tower units from Argos and all the drawers empty, only 1 TV instead of 2. He still wants to charge for extra boxes? But okay fair enough I don't mind as long as he will help me move, which was part of his job description yet he didn't even at the destination. The destination house is in a residential area which has parking in both sides of the street, but they were full, I was not aware it was my responsibility to ring them and inform them this is a special circumstances about spaces because I do not know when there will be spaces in streets like this. So in the result of this he rang his company and they were shouting at me through the phone saying how bad I am as a customer because I was not aware of the parking, which no one has ever mention that this is special circumstances. He also refused to help me move my items onto the 1st floor, which was also stated in the job description. I asked can you please help me move it to the first floor, (since I thought, I'm paying extra and have did 85% of the moving also items are a lot lighter that my description I thought he would be like sure fine okay.) But in this case no, his quote "No, I don't really want to." So at the end I just gave his the money and he was gone. Neutral experience, though rather on the negative side of things if I were to compare with other service providers. D1and1a 2 Sep, 17:56 Please accept the bid first because I have to book your place and when you will finish packing in the evening please confirm number of your bags. This is just to avoid misunderstanding tomorrow. Many thanks 2 Sep, 17:51 did you mean confirm the number of bags ? Do you mind if I do this tonight? or tomorrow morning? I need to finish my packing tonight (I am still at work now) but the bags shouldnt be an issue i think, maybe like 5 of them or so. Here it is a piece of our conversation the day before customer moving. She should provide number of bags in the evening but she didn't. We have been trying to be flexible as much as we can. Customer did not bother to read our terms and conditions which she could check on our profile. Lack of time or organisation, who knows. She did not carry any item because she did not provide properly information about parking restriction at the both ends, she has to stay near the van while the driver was carry her items to avoid getting a ticket from police. Police has been called by the neighbour who was not happy that she did not bother to arrange with neighbourhood parking allocation on the day her moving.
