Item arrived exactly on time with no problems finding our house which is unusual so no hassle about getting lost like most deliveries we get.. The delivery driver was really friendly and helpful even though we had a tough time getting our large item into the house, he never complained. Would definitely recommend and was also the best price. |

Said van was broken into, then said he would re arrange collection for me, then messaged me to say he couldn't do that and said it would have to be a later date!! Unreliable and would not use again. I got my deposit back and am awaiting delivery from a reputable courier. Cyclefix (42) replied: van got broken into, i offered to collect the following Monday once the van door was replaced but the customer who previously stated they were flexible was completely the opposite and extremely rude. the customer could not be pleased so we gave an immediate refund. we have been in business a long time and have 100% feedback elsewhere with hundreds of repeat customers. |
