DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. This guy took the job, I spoke to him on the phone and he confirmed all the details but just didn't bother to turn up!!!!. He won't even have the decency to answer his phone. My son and daughter and baby are left now without furniture. Absolutely Disgraceful, he shouldn't be allowed to advertise his pathetic attempt at service. |

Absolutely awful. We listed the quote with a non-flexible collection time of 6pm. He asked to change to 4pm. To be helpful, we agreed on 4.30pm, but later realised that as my sister was stuck in match-day traffic she would not be at the collection point at time, so we asked to revert to the original agreed time of 6pm (You make the quote, you accept the time & date listed!!). He said he couldn't do it as he'd arranged a night out, so we rearranged for 1pm the next day. He never turned up and ignored our umpteen phonecalls, voicemails and texts. Unreliable, unprofessional, DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cwhitney (15) replied: not how it happened, they asked me to do it the next day with only an hour before collection and it wasn't suitable |
