We offer a packing service also and have now launched house removal services to our group .
terms are cash,cheque or pay pal on delivery/or collection -
if collection is arranged but not carried out due to 3rd party or any time waster - after 60mins waiting time and still no show - 50% of the invoice amount is due -
paying by cheque should be sent and received with 5 working days
please note any items valued under £1000 are not covered and any items over need to be stated as insurance is extra .

Was not happy at all with the service as a £600 tv got damaged in the process. Tv was bubble wrapped and covered in blanket, then taped up. After he picked up from my son he had a drop off before he came to mine, which meant he had to move my stuff. I believe the damage was done then as my son said the tv was on top of everything in his van when he set off, then on delivery it was down at the side of his van. Absolutely appalled that he thinks i am trying to scam him. what is the point of having insurance if you are not prepared to accept liability. oh he'll say my stuff was on the drive the day before for another courier ( but I was let down) but I would like to clarify that the Tv wasn't as it was being watched up until a few hours before he being picked up ..so it could be wrapped . not even an offer towards a new one . wouldn't use him again as he WONT accept liability and now im left with a useless £600 TV, and theres nothing i can do ... CHEERS ! |

Craig was pleasant and helpful and washing machine arrived in good condition. Collected on time but unfortunately was not able to deliver on day originally stated but did so a few days later as agreed. Despite this delay I would use Craig again as some circumstances were beyond his control and he did keep us informed. Very reasonable price for the job. |
