BALANCE PAYMENT: Due to the nature of the Anyvan website, payments would need to be C.O.D (cash on delivery) or pre-paid via Paypal, a 5% admin charge will be added to Paypal Invoices to cover Paypal fees.
Here at AnyVan, we recognise the importance of finding a reliable company hence the reason for the Certified Badge found on their profile page.
The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

I thought Orange Monkey would contact us to confirm job, payment details etc, but I had to contact them 3 times before I had any response. I still don't know if the parcel was picked up and delivered yesterday and I don't think they have been paid yet either. Cjw71 We spoke to both parties including agreeing with Newark for an early morning delivery to help them out. It took this customer over 2 weeks and reminders to pay, so I would suggest before own house keeping.e mud is thrown they look at their own house keeping. This job was booked without any times or dates, they then required a same day or next day delivery which we accommodated. if this customer had used a same day service they would have paid a considerable amount extra so with in mind we respectfully suggest that even if you go the extra mile this customer WILL moan. so dont go the extra mile for them!!!! |

Good communication before and after collection. Sofa securely transported, delivered well within timeframe. Understandably for the price, it's only one person on the job, so I should have made sure there was someone at the collection point who could help lift the sofa. Thankfully, there was. I guess you'd have to bear this in mind if you were arranging to collect a bulky item from someone who wasn't able to help lift it in. |
