Fantastic service! Low price but high quality service and very good options / flexibility on pick up and drop off times. Driver/loader was fast & efficient and all goods transported arrived quickly and in perfect condition, including fragile items. Would definitely use again & recommend. Thanks for a worry free move! |

Craig was very quick to reply to messages and kept me informed about his arrival time on the delivery day, however, Craig claimed I owed him the full amount in cash on the day, which I disputed as I had paid a deposit online through the anyvan website and the receipt said I owed him the remaining balance, not the full balance. Given that I was working to a tight deadline, I had to go with Craig, but I am not happy with having paid that extra money. We really couldn't recommend Craig enough - we were badly organised, as it was last minute. And he got us organised, lifted, even took my boyfriend in the van with him to save us money! Also it can be awkward moving house with a complete stranger but Craig put us at ease & the journey felt like 10mins when it was a 90 min drive. He lifted all our stuff at the other end & wouldn't leave until he knew we were ok. Would even class him as a mate & swapped numbers! Young lad with loads of energy - you couldn't ask for better help! Brilliant price & kept in touch by mobile before the job. You need something moving - get Craig! A positive rating doesn't show how hard he works. You need another button for extremely positive & I would of clicked that! |

Excellent personal service for what was a quite complicated transport request.Very good communication skills,keeping us informed at each stage of the procedure.Liasing with our supplier to get the best possble delivery dates and finaly transporting to Italy. |
