lack of communication. Never answered office phone. Spoke twice on a mobile to a chap who promised his driver would call. This never happened. After nearly 2 weeks I cancelled and booked another company who did a great job. |

The guys did a great job in collecting and delivering a very heavy pool/dining table safely to its destination. I did pay them extra for dismantling the table on collection but I was happy to do so as this work was not included for in their original quote and I was pleased they agreed to undertake the extra task. |

Didn't turn up and didn't answer my calls or emails. nnI had to find an alternative driver. CityHop (17) replied: Informed customer by phone that deliveries to London were delayed over bank holiday. Customer not reasonable. |
