Nick allowed me to accept the quote, we spoke and arranged the collection for Sunday morning (he asked me to pay in full in advance, luckily I declined), the vendor and I waited in all day waiting for him to turn up, he didn't. He didn't answer his phone. As a result my daughter didn't get her birthday present in time and both the vendor and I wasted a whole sunday waiting around for him, and then I had to spend time the next day arranging for someone else. Avoid at all costs. |
