Accepted quote, he did not turn up to do the job, rang after the specified collection time, saying van had broke down the day before, sounded like he just got out of bed! very unprofessional. Camz1 Hi miss, once again I am extremely sorry for not delivering the job on the 14/09/15. I was still quite new to the trade and felt short on funds to get a replacement van on time after the main van broke down. I now have a new van and to show I am deeply sorry I offer you a free service anytime you need a helping man and van. I want to prove to you and Anyvan I can be professional and well organised. please take my offer and give me another chance to undo your comments. thank you ma'm. |
