Let down. Date and time agreed between 12 & 3pm, phone call to say be with me approx 2:30pm, sat outside pick up address from 2:15pm to show them where items to collect were, No show by 3pm made 4 calls each time going to answer phone, left message on fourth attempt, with a voicemail stating we will get back to you within an hour, never heard anything more. Parents traveled 30 miles to help with delivery, I took 4 hours off work. Phone call to reschedule or cant do it for amount quoted wouldn't have been as bad as nothing at all. Very surprised your feedback is 83% it should be 0%. If you don't want the job in the first place don't bid on it and let people down, you haven't been the only ones to lose out on money today. Just because there cheap doesn't mean there going to be any good, clearly made that point today. DO NOT USE. I will be complaining to Anyvan site and will do whatever to get my deposit back. |

This firm was supposed to collect/deliver some household furniture today. I FEEL ROBBED, CHEATED and have been TOTALLY LET DOWN!! (I had received good communication e-mails/texts ect) On day of delivery >>> NOTHING! ZERO!, NO SHOW! NO CALL/ CONTACT, despite me calling and texting them. Lord they could'nt even be bothered with an EXCUSE!!. |
