Shocking!! Booked and confirmed night before with both myself and the seller, the driver suggested the time and we were happy to go with what he wanted.
Not only did he tell my seller that he was just around the corner when he was late but after that he just DID NOT TURN UP!!! Both of us tried to call him ,as did anyvan , but no one answered the phone after that ........ Absolutely disgusting service. Why bother take the job if your so unprofessional you don't even contact your customer to say your not able to complete it for whatever reason.
Anyvan refunded my deposit as credit to another company to do the job instead but it's caused a lot of trouble for my seller. She waited in for 4 hours before I could sort this out. As a solicitor she should take him to the small claims court and charge him for her time !!! Hours later and I haven't even had an email apologising or anything......... I did read his feedback and thought I'd give him the benefit of doubt but I really wish I hadn't bothered. AWFUL!

Your job was accepted way after your listing had expired. Our drivers were not informed of the update. The phone calls were misunderstood. Our driver had been talking to a different customer. There was a slight confusion and we apologised sincerely
