- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)

I am new to transporting goods aboard and probably will not do it again as it has been quite stressful. I was not aware before accepting their quote that I was not dealing with a company that was not based in Great Britain.The Driver arrived on time to pick the bed up and was very polite and efficient . We were told to expect the bed to arrive either Monday evening or Tuesday morning, however the delivery was not made until Wednesday evening. My only criticism with this company is - they need to improve their communication skills |

Driver spoke no English. Furniture damaged. Promised 2 men but only one man arrived who spoke no English so had to load the items ourselves . Company told me to go onto the streets/neighbours to ask for help! Bulers21 This is not true ,we do a very good job , but they want additional collecton/delivery and packing/unpackng and this not was is our service !!! |
