We provide 2 men for jobs 7 days a week to move most things from the smallest box to house moves, all items considered and insured when our bid is accepted, we can protect items when requested, we can accept most payment terms but please ask first before accepting the quote on what terms you require for payment, date's will be adhered to if we arrive on the date requested for collection or delivery and there is no one there then further costs will be incurred to rearrange collection or delivery, if there are more items than listed in job then there will also be further cost incurred by the customer so please ensure you tell us about all the items that require moving.

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Do not use this man. He asked for payment in advance as he said he had been left owed money. He was booked for Tuesday and failed to show up. I waited all day. He then said he could do Friday so I waited again. He was a no show. He is just a con man. Avoid. |

An absolute nightmare day after being let down by a van turned into the easiest move ever. Brett was fantastic, answered my questions swiftly and couldn't have been more helpful. The two guys loaded the van quickly, and unloaded and stacked my belongings up perfectly at the storage facility. Top lads and top service! |

DEMANDED PAYMENT IN ADVANCE DIRECT TO HIS BANK A/C BEFORE HE WOULD ACTUALLY TELL ME HE COULD COLLECT ON DATE DISCUSSED. ANYVAN TOLD ME PAYMENT IN ADVANCE IS NOT ALLOWED WITH NEW DRIVERS & THEY CANCELLED MY AD. & RE-BOOKED IT.. Brett74 I am new to this site and i did not know you could not do that, i am very sorry for this and what i put is how i normally do thing and i have done a lot of business this way, normally people ask i can do cash on delivery and not expect it as my profile states i do not accept cash only bank transfer, and this is part of Any Vans terms and conditions : Payment In order to secure the delivery, the customer must pay a deposit to ANYVAN which acts as a success fee from the TP's bid amount. The payment structure can be seen at www.anyvan.com/terms-and-conditions. You'll be paid the remaining balance, which is collected directly from the customer listing the item, at a time agreed between both customer and TPs. This transaction must be made according to the payment methods and terms you have specified on your profile page. So can you next time please read a Couriers profile to see what they accept for payment and can you remove this unneccesary negative feedback ??????????? |
