The job was cheap, and thankfully the piano I was having picked up needs a full service - the gusy who collected and transported the piano did not remove it correctly, and it was delivered with scratches on both sides of the piano! Also, my kitchen floor was marked permanently, again, due to them moving it incorrectly. Thus, if you want to move an expensive piano, and want to keep your floors from being marked, I would suggest paying more to have professional piano delivery guys collect and move it.

But I will say that for removal/collections of anything cheap, or not especially valuable, they would be a good choice.

Hi the scratches on both side of piano was before if you see they were looking very old not done by us and other thing is when guys finish the job they ask you to make sure everything is ok and you said it's ok they ask you because maybe you ask for scratches on both sides than they can explain you there was also stains of paint on it sides and there was no proper parking there was walking distance to your house they work hard and deliver it to you as it was and we have done too many piano before never get negative feedback recently we have done a piano job and customer gave very good feedback if you look over here again we are sorry but the scratches were before on it thanks
