Never use this company was meant to get my motor bike picked up and delivered he picked it up on a wed and i was waiting for it wed night never arrived i called him sevral times to check what was hwppening never returned the calls the only reason i new it was picked up was i called the guy i bought it of of any way i called him on thursday and just lied through his teeth i asked if the bike was on its way and he said no i wasnt happy and asked when it would be here he said he did not know yet so i ended up HIRING A VAN A DRIVING FROM ABERDEEN TO GLASGOW TO PICK IT UP AND HE ESPECTED £40 FOR THE HASSLE BUT I WASNT WILLING TO PAY THAT AS I WAS MESSED ABOUT SO I WAS NOT A VERY HAPPY PERSON UNTIL HE MADE MY DAY BY CALLING ME AND SAYIN YOU FORGOT TO PAY £40 I WAS THE HAPPIEST GUY IN THE WORLD AT THAT POINT BIKE WAS ALSO DAMAGED BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY Bigal077 (49) replied: customers terms were collect wednesday and deliver flexible when we took the job on there was no menstion that we were delivering the bike the same day.he called me 10oclock at night .he tthenexpecting a business to be open at this time.he then calllled 8.00oclock next day and i explained bike would be delivered friday.then he called back 10mins later and asked if he vcould collect the bike from me and i said yes as long as he paid me for th3 60miles i had done to collect the bike and get it to my yard.he collected bike with no damage from me .i can only assume thy did not secur bike in the van properly as they had no bike chock etc..customer was told bike would be collected wednesday and it was..do i realy need to call every hr to say were the bike is. |

Totally dissatisfied with the service. Campervan was delivered three days late and communication was awful once or twice the phone was switched off to my calls. Definitely won't ever use this company again!! Bigal077 (49) replied: camper collected day after estimate and was then on its way up to edinburgh .we have to abide by the law and run legal tachos customer could not understand why we could not drive after collecting 4pm at night straight to edinbugh from reading.we had 1hrs driving time left when vehicle collected.then 9hrs back to glasgow next day and delivered saturday morning.hence 3days to get there.tried to explain all this to the customer but they just kept bombarding me with phone calls. |
