We specialise in Removal services, Piano removal, Vehicle Transport & Light Haulage.
We operate 3.5T Luton vans & lwb panel vans, Equipped with blankets straps Trolleys & Tools.

General terms & conditions for removal
We don't mind a few extra bits and bobs but Please list your inventory as accurate as possible as we estimate a time to complete your job and there may be another customer waiting on us.
Insurance
We offer standard goods in transit which covers every individual item to the maximum value of £40 that is free as part of our quote.
Comprehensive removal cover is available to buy which consists of a pre determined agreed value of your goods and all are fully protected if any damage was to occur.
Liability upto £1,000,000 as standard to cover any damage to property.
Our quotes reflect the true value of your job taking into account wages fuel vehicle wear & tear insurance.
Anyvan have seen all necessary documents confirming our operation. Hire & reward insurance. Removal insurance, liability insurance so rest assured you can expect perfection from our team.

Date changes:
Please give at least 48 hours notice prior to job scheduled start time. We are flexible and will try our best to reschedule your date.
Cancellation of any job £50 for holding a date. 75% of balance if cancelled within 24hrs

1 hour free waiting, Keys, solicitors, any other unforeseen delays charged at £35 per hour after the 1 hour free period.

Very bad experience with this company. Paid in advance for a 1 bedroom flat move with dismantling and assembly service for some furniture items included. They left the job unfinished, i.e. didn't assemble the furniture once delivered in the new flat. Promised they would have been back to finish the job but they didn't show up (van breakdown apparently) and never tried to arrange another visit. I had to chase them and after 10 days waiting I decided to assemble the furniture myself. I also lent them money on the delivery day. I asked for my money back both for the unfinished job and that I lent. They disappear and had to chase them. Been promised repeatedly they would have paid but never received the money, it's been 3 weeks now. It is a real pity as upon collection they had been very helpful. I guess the lesson to learn is: don't pay in advance except for the deposit required by AnyVan. |

Initially I had some problems with my movers but to make it up, I got excellent service. The pair even helped us take away the old dishwasher and put it in the shed which wasn't in their job, can't praise enough for out of the way service including free boxes! |

Everything was moved, nothing was damaged. Two van loads took 9 hours. Get a site visit first; cost increased by about 30% when they saw where we were moving from - the guy leading the move said this happens often with bookings through anyvan.com. Could easily have been addressed before moving day though which would have saved time, frustration on both parts, and tears. At the end of the day though everything was moved in one piece so that's good. BestMove Thanks for the review. The details of the job were incorrect at the time of booking. Listed as a 4 bed house not a 4 bed flat on the 3rd floor. Furniture had to be carried out the windows onto a balcony then down 3 flights of stairs.. before we started the job we agreed a new price due to the extra time it would take to complete you could have declined this new price. We prefer to see all jobs prior to booking but due to the site rules we are unable.. in total we charged £188 additional. We normally charge £90 per hour for a 2 man service with Luton van outside of Anyvan we offered a fair price to complete the job. All the best in the future. |
