The transporter had problems with his computer and lost a lot of data, which is why many people on his page were not pleased with the service. I got through to him on his own E-mail which hadn't gone down and things went well from there on. On the worksheet you hadn't put my mobile n° but the landline n° a second time. When Beechco delivered , they weren't pleased with you (Anyvan) and said they wouldn't be dealing with you again. I don't know if they have followed up on this. Anyway, I was pleased with the service they offered. |

I have a move booked from Italy to the UK in 2 weeks time. When booking the move with Rod, he always replied to my e-mails very quickly and was very helpful. I paid the Anyvan fee and then heard nothing. After reading August reviews I have to say I started to become very worried. I contacted Rod by telephone and he explained that he had serious IT problems which had affected data. He was most apologetic, confirmed my arrangements again and assured the move will be OK. I am looking forward to leaving positive feedback at the end of August, hopefully after a stress free move |

What’s going on with Rod? I am also quite upset because Anyvan and I haven't been able to make contact at all today. Would anyone else (Robbie22, Itsjetse and Alexmayo) be willing to contact me by email (elifavaron@inwind.it) to let me know the outcome of your experience? As of 4/08/14 we have no news of a ~14 cubic metre shipment from UK to Italy that is now 12 hours late. Thank you. |

We have still not received our stuff 3 days after they came to collect it! Rod seemed nice and helpful then as soon as they had collected the stuff we've heard nothing since, despite repeated calls and messages! DO NOT USE! |

This company very positive to start with. Nothing would be too much trouble. We agreed collection date but Rod said was not sure as to which of the two delivery dates they could do so would ring the next day to confirm. Nothing. We have left 4 messages on his mobile phone - over 4 days - the landline just rings. We have left text and yesterday sent an email. Still nothing. We had not booked our crossing as was dependent on delivery date. We have now missed the date our new tenancy should start. Nightmare. |

The truck did not turn up. I waited 6 hours while I frantically waiting tried to call someone who knew what was going on. I made roughtly 16 calls, all of which went unanswered, although the phone on the other end did ring. When someone did phone me back, I was then told the truck had broken down the night before, and they did not know where it had broken down. I got another call four hours later telling me they were optimistic I could make my flights the next day and then a text message just before midnight telling me the truck had broken down again. (there was no mention of the other trucks I had been told were in the area on the calls before). Next day, my calls, emails and text messages all went unanswered again. Of course I had to rebook my flights. |

Delivered at the fourth time of asking with no communication to say there was a problem. Claimed not to be able to contact me first time and blamed French mobile system. Said they had been within 15 mins of delivery address but didn't come as couldn't contact - had they turned up they could have completed delivery. Shame as initial contact was positive and collected the item on time. Beechco (56) replied: As the job was only £75 , a hot tub cover, the client was asked to prepay, so could just be dropped off, which he refused. Delivery was attempted on 4 separate occasions , 3 times no one in and the fourth person refused to pay for the carriage. The clients phone worked intermittently and eventually agreed to prepay and the item was delivered just north of Bordeaux 4 days later. |
