Horrendous service. First of all he arrived 3 days after he said he would. Then we he did arrive loads of our goods were damaged due to a leak in his van. He assured us that he would put the items through his insurance. Surprise surprise - he is uncontactable now. This company is an absolute disgrace. Not only was out stuff late, but we also had approx £330 in damaged goods also. |

This man is 100% unreliable. Does not call when he arranges to. Van apparently broke down at 1am and he still hadn't told me by 12noon the next day. When I finally got hold of him he said did I think he was stupid and what did I want him to do about it. Very rude very unreliable. Do not use this man. I phoned another guy who gave a cheaper quote and luckily still moved on the day I arranged. Bearbear we offered you an alternative collection,you are a very rude lady but we are glad you managed to arrange altenative transport,sometimes things happen which are out of our control. thank you for your kind words and understanding good luck and have a nice day |
