(Any removal that is booked in will need to pay a 50% deposit to us, this isn't the fee anyvan take, this is a deposit paid to us due to so many people canceling removals on the day it's booked in).
If we arrive to do a job and have been given the wrong collection or delivery details, or if we arrive on an agreed date and time and cant collect or deliver for any reason the customer will still incur the full cost.
We are a family run company who offer a local or long distance courier service that operate 2 men teams 24hours a day 7 days a week we run vans from small transits to panel vans which is brand new.we are fully insured with public liability, goods in transit,employers liability. all goods we transport are fully secured and safely wrapped in transit.we offer very competitive rates and for new and existing regular customers we offer a discount rate system for regular work. we are a geuine company who always put all our customers first new or old and will go the extra mile to satisfy our customers we have been trading for around 12 years and will continue delivering your goods and peace of mind for many more. (Due to an increase in people cancelling jobs after booking them, we will now be charging a 20% cancellation fee, this is not the deposit you pay after accepting our bid that goes to anyvan as a fee for using the site) many thanks

Very disorganised. Lost paperwork. Goods damaged. Bartran You absolute liar. You are 100% hearing from my solicitor!!!! I will not tolerate slander! The goods was damaged before it was packaged by the seller!!! It came out of a damp dirty garden garage of course you wouldn't know that seeing as you've no bloody idea where you got it from Secondly we were given no paperwork so kinda hard to lose something we never had!!!! Anyone with half a brain cell can work out the courier has no idea what is inside a package or what condition it's in!!! It's not our fault you were stitched up its your fault for buying from a cowboy. Please ring me and we will pop up for a meeting and resolve this because I'm not tolerating this at all!!!!!! |
