We provide a friendly and professional team who are keen to take on new work.
We have a Mercedes Luton with a tail lift, and work across the whole of the UK. We have a great reputation amongst our existing customers and our aim is to build on our customer base.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:

Extremely poor service. This booking was cancelled on me 4 days before I move leaving me having to find another removal service at additional cost and stress. Anyvan said they had emailed me to advise me of the cancellation which was not the case as I checked my email inbox, spam and junk mail folders. This was difficult as the seller was told to expect collection almost every day and it never happened. After a week of disappointments was told that driver was ill. So a bad experience for all involved including the driver. Hope he is better soon... I was offered another driver who completed the collection and delivery very quickly. |

Driver went AWOL. Phone dead, no contact and commitments made not honoured. Very disappointing, let both myself and the seller of the item to be couriered down. Baldy123 lol..... last communication we had on the day you accepted my bid of only 50 from leeds to kent was that i would contact you as soon as i had organized a day of collection , which was going to be tues wed or thurs. no day was arranged. and as driver going awol!!!!!! all i can say is lol.. i believe youve gone over board with this reaction . but all the best and have a lovelly xmas.regards JOHN |

Had a bit of difficulty initially because we booked John for pickup/delivery on a weekend which turned out to be inconvenient for him therefore he phoned a few times trying to change it. This came about because a friend had been taking the bookings -perhaps a communication issue could be ironed out there. However, he was open to negotiation on price and in the end he did fit us in on the day we originally booked for. He arrived early for pickup, kept in contact well and was very helpful and friendly when he arrived at our destination. Thanks for your help! |
