We as a long established Removal Company are members of the Road Haulage Association (RHA). We are dedicated to provide both a professional and committed service and understand how frustrating and stressful the experience of moving can be. Our Company has the benefit of GIT of £50,000 and public liability insurance of £1,000,000.
So hand over all those worries and concerns and ‘just sit back and relax’ let all the hard work be carried out by us. We do all that we can to ensure the pressure is taken away from you by dedicating you with a Team Leader who will be your main point of contact throughout the day of your move.
Each removal is unique therefore we accommodate for your individual needs as a customer, as customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We appreciate and understand removals don’t always go to plan so we are flexible to move dates around accordingly, to meet your removal needs when we are able to do so.
Our Team members are fully uniformed, friendly and courteous, prepared to go the extra mile. They are experienced in handling all types of household belongings, and when necessary use trolleys to assist with the heavier goods. If you have anything large or out of the ordinary please inform us.
Our vehicles are clean have tail lifts and are equipped with protective blankets and straps to ensure your belongings are secured and protected during transit. We will sort your belongings to the appropriate rooms making the experience as hassle free as possible.
We cover both local and nationwide as distance is not an issue.
We offer a packing, dismantling and reassembling service. Our packing service includes the provision of all packing materials and two packers, which is undertaken the day before the removal.
We provide short term/long term storage facilities with 24 hour security.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL/POSTPONE A REMOVAL OTHERWISE A 50% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE INCURRED.

Horrible experience. It was clear that the men in the van were not professional movers. We were also pressured to give them cash. A third of our goods were left at the house and we had to arrange to fetch them ourselves. One of the men became threatening when we said we’d sort payment out with headoffice and wouldn’t leave our house until we did. We feel we were ripped off. |

I'm sorry to say we were disappointed with our removals job. The team themselves were friendly and personable and did go the extra step to assist our sellers who were running very behind schedule with removing their belongings from the house we moved into. However, our belongings did not end up in their assigned rooms (despite all boxes having large typed labels clearly detailing the room they should be placed). In the living room, for example, we had boxes for the back bedroom, front bedroom, box room, hallway and bathroom. Furniture also ended up in the wrong place despite one of the removals staff asking where we would like it. There were chips and scrapes to the new paint and gloss work, particularly along the Hallway/stairs/landing and door jambs. Speed rather than due care seemed a priority. Our bed and dressing table were clearly damaged in transit as the drawers have been strained leaving gaps that can no longer be tightened with the result that they do not open and close properly. Unfortunately we were unaware of the extent of the damage until the removals team had left. Essentially we opted for a mid-range priced service, but ended up with inferior service and repair work to complete ourselves. BGP_PRO Hi we are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your removal. We take care and pride in our work and we have noted the contents of your email. Upon speaking to the removal Team they have informed us they waited patiently whilst the previous owners moved out their own furniture and belongings. The previous owners were rushing around due to running behind schedule and were very abrupt and rude to both your husband and our Team. The previous owners whilst conducting their own removal carried out their belongings in a manner without any due care or attention to the property. This was all carried out whilst your husband was at the property and you were not present during this period. We were instructed by your husband to put the boxes in the locations he stated even though they had been labelled. The drawer unit was dismantled by your husband so we are not able to take responsibility for this and will not be held responsible or accountable for the negligence of the previous owner. Your husband apologised to the Team for the mannerism of the previous owner. We as a Company thrive upon customer service and satisfaction which your husband recognised and he very kindly tipped our team for their hard work. We are really disappointed to read this negative feedback given by yourself. |

Very fast , friendly and on time , these are very energetic removal men and did the job exactly as I would have expected , it took the respire out of moving. a little more pricey than some however if you don't want to risk any damages or delays then I would highly recommend this firm |
