Absolutely horrendous service! Said would deliver on Friday, well I got in touch he said would be with me for 7pm that night which was no good as I had plans - Said I could hang around for a bit for the delivery and gave my home address rather than my origianl work address. Sat at home until 9.30pm and nothing! The phone number he gave was a work one and so I could not contact him and nobody called me even though they had 2 contact numbers for me. Finally got hold of his girlfriend today and could hear him talking in the background - why not come to the phone yourself?! Apparently he went on Friday evening to pick up and obviously the business was shut and so he did not even make the pick up but still did not let me know, ruining my evening plans. BES (4) replied: Whatever sunshine head....get a life |
