Communication was very good right from the start. We had to reschedule the moving date, and Benjamin was very accommodating. He arrived right on time on the scheduled day. Cheerful, friendly and very professional, he got the job done very quickly, and efficiently. We have no qualms about hiring him again in the future. 5 stars! |

Good job done and and quick to respond. However, having agreed the price of £40 direct with the guy to include bed and sofa (with email confirmation from him), when he went to collect and it was only my gf in, he said this hadn't been agreed and she had to pay £20 more for the sofa. He did a good job but charged 50% more than agreed which was disappointing. BCMove Good afternoon Adam, I was very surprised by your feedback, particularly in view of the chain of events that day. There was a misunderstanding on my part as to the details of what was required, but I offered to withdraw from the job as soon as I realised my error. I usually deal with deliveries and light removals, not waste disposal. Your girlfriend declined my offer to withdraw and insisted that BCMove carried out the job and agreed to pay the extra charge needed for us to do so. As a responsible commercial organisation we are obliged to pay a £70 minimum charge per visit to the local dump. This is why the original quote was inadequate. In view of all this I hope you well reconsider your feedback. Regards, Benjamin |
