We provide one man as well as two men services and our vans are fully equipped (trollies, blankets, straps, variety of tools) and our Goods in Transit Insurance is 10000 pounds and Public Liability - 1000000 pounds.
Customer satisfaction is our first priority.
It is your responsibility to check that any item you bought will fit into your home or place of work, because if dismantling and assembling is needed then extra charges will apply.
Parking, Congestion Charge and Tolls are not included in offers (Unless otherwise stated).
Please ALWAYS advice what floors both properties are on as this will enable us to provide the right quote. If this isn't done there will be extra charge.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that your inventory/description is as accurate as possible. Our quote is based on the items stated. We fully understand nothing can be 100% accurate but we do ask our clients to be as honest as possible. If there is a vast variance in items then we do reserve the right to charge additional costs.
If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
Please confirm the date and time with us before accepting our quote to ensure that your requested date/time slot is still available. We will try to be flexible and do our best to accommodate your needs.
IMPORTANT: We reserve our right to refuse jobs accepted without prior check of our availability.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
