I contacted AnyVan as I was extremely satisfied with my previous ad in January. This time too I received a number of good quotes l. I chose Austrsli and he contacted me within minutes of acceptance. He called over sharp on time within two days as prearranged and handled the transport and delivery to our total satisfaction. |

didn't arrive at 9 am as arranged. when called found to be on another job. eventually arrived at 4.30 pm after I had moved 6 car loads myself. they arrived with a small van not suitable for a 3 bed house move. when did arrive to be fair they worked hard and couldn't apologise enough for inconvenience. finished move at midnight, bearing in mind I had booked help as had surgery 3 months ago and shouldn't have been lifting. will not be using this company again as what should have been a smooth move was a nightmare one. Austrsli I was not given the information about the move so had to do it at the last minute. The van was the right size for the job. The customer gave me a tip and was very happy. |

Gave a really quick and value for money quote. Was very help and had good communication at all times. We had to wait quite a while when picking up the goods and he was very patient and understanding. When bringing the items in helped with some partial dismantling to get the items through the door. I would definitely use the provider again - excellent service. |

Have been left trying to find van have to move by Sunday said his van broke down,did not offer an alternative and had a deposit! Not happy don't think I can trust this again! Austrsli My van broke down. The lady said it was ok. I did not offer an alternative I would not want some else letting her down. I'm shocked by the feedback |
