We offer a nationwide service around the UK.
Please be clear about any restriction on delivery or pick up times in your description or communication before accepting.
All quotes are ground floor to ground floor.
Please have all address details of pick-ups and deliveries,
please note there will be a charge if collection is not ready as agreed or nobody to accept deliver as specified.
We provide one driver with the vehicle - jobs requiring more than one driver should be requested in your job description or in email correspondence.
We accept payment by cash on pick up or delivery or bank/PayPal transfer at least 24 hours advance of delivery.
Please ensure your goods are well packaged to avoid damage.
Please also note that we do not accept liability for glass or partly glass items and do not pay compensation on them.
Times slots of 2 hours are agreed at least 24 hours in advance and after confirmation customers should ensure they are available at this time. Driver waiting times are chargeable at £20 per half hour.
If the job is cancelled by the customer with less than 48 hours notice, 50% OF THE QUOTE
All quotes are for moves/pickups outside the congestion time. Any job within the congestion charging zone will be subject to an additional £15 fee to cover the toll charge
Sometimes I may not be the cheapest but please take into account my 100 per cent feedback and knowing your goods will be taken care of

The driver was very kind and nice but... his van had no straps or blankets which was unhelpful for moving a large mirror; there was 2 porters on booking form but only one came; they first arrived to pick up on the wrong day and came half an hour late on day of collection Asap121 The customer was aware that most of the roads leading to the address were blocked the customer was fully informed of the status of the driver and provided with photo evidence of the road blocks via pictures. the driver took the Available route leading to the collection point which affected the arrival of the journey. |

Unprofessional. After making it clear that we would need a large vehicle, they came 2 hours late with a sprinter van. And took our tape measure! Asap121 Before I can address this comment I would like express my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to this customer, due to matters that were out of my control ( the terorist incident that took place in Westminster, which was 3 miles away from the collection point) I was unable to arrive on time. I contacted the client 1 hour before my departure time to inform them on the expected delays due to the terrorist incident, the customer acknowledged my request. It took me 2 hours to get to the client. I constantly kept the client updated with the status of my journey. On arrival, I discovered that the dimensions placed on the add did not match the size of the items being transported, therefore we couldn’t collect the item as I couldn’t fit on the van. My profile clearly displays the size of van I would be arriving in The customer gave us permeation to use there measuring tape which we forgot at the back of the van whilst taking measurements. We returned the tape as soon as the customer discovered it was missing on the same day 40mins after driving off. I have 100% feedback from all my clients which clearly shows the level of service I pride myself in providing . unfortunately, on this occasion there was not much I could do due to the wrong information on the add and unforeseen circumstances |
