Avoid. I don’t like leaving negative feedback as I appreciate people need to make a decent living. However, this man was incredibly rude, bad tempered at both the collection point (lady complained to me) and to me on telephone. Clearly hates his job! . We are in Scotland and he didn’t want to come up in the first week, telling me he was turning back, then promised delivery the following week but didn’t show on two occasions. Non communicative, when I finally lost patience he told me he hadn’t delivered because of the storm … but didn’t bother to tell me. Eventually delivered one week late. The first bad experience I have had with an Anyvan courier … I will take better care next time in reading reviews.

Reality is you booked a flexi delivery. I collected with no complaint from the seller. I was booked to deliver on the Sunday but the storm warning was 80 mph winds with amber level government warning so I waited a day until the storm passed and delivered on the Monday. Your partner on delivery was so apologetic for your bizarre behaviour (numerous calls all hours of the night) and your lack of understanding of the storm. I accepted his apology and he made a few jokes about your hormones and being a woman. I’ve not heard from you until this and all items were delivered in perfect condition and safely one day late

Andrew is very hardworking and professional. I really appreciated that we could communicate by phone and WhatsApp so that I knew what was happening at every stage of the process, which is a hugely important part of the service just not available with the big delivery companies - who like to send frustrating 'no reply' emails. The package is due to be delivered tomorrow but Andrew said he will probably be able to deliver it earlier, today. Very happy customer.
