I never usually bother to write feedback on these thing but they were so shocking that I felt I had to.Here you go:Terrible service, canceled job due to van problems and couldn't deliver until later the next day but didn't offer any discount. The package arrived at the destination and was signed for whilst I was on holiday so offered to pay them when I got back 2 days later by bank transfer. This was unacceptable to them even though there was no mention of instant payment agreed previously. They then set about aggressively hassling me for the money throughout my holiday although I'd clearly stated that there was no possible way for me to pay them and that I'd do it the moment I arrived home 2 days later. They even threatened to recollect my items and keep them locked up in their van until I came home. AVIOD!!!! |

The driver was arrived earlier but didn't mind to wait because I wasn't ready for the job. He was very helpful, polite, and very funny. He brought a helper even though I didn't request one so the job was done very quickly and I wasn't charged for it. The price was super value for money y will definitely call him again. Thank you very much! |

Changed collection date without informing me, text and asked for an ETA... was only then told that due to some emergency, they could not collect until the day after the agreed day! Rubbish - Avoid! |

Such a good transporter. Dealt with Amer, was very polite, patient and helpful in sorting my delivery out. Was a very good price one of the lowest i got given on this site. Moved a 6ft x 5ft Mirror across london. Driver Kingsley was so helpful in lifting mirror into house and was funny. Really great service that id definitely recommend and use again. Thanks |

He did the job properly but only I was a bit disappointed as when I've asked him for change he said he doesn't have any.I was meant to pay £43 but paid him £50 as cash machine was to far and he was happy to say that he doesn't have change. Amer1981 I am very sorry about this. If you have any other items to be moved then we can either give you the £10 discount on the price.
