We are a family removal company based in the UK and Spain. We carry out all domestic removals in the UK and Spain and international removals throughout Europe
We offer a range of services from small boxes to full removals, packing service etc
Our vehicles are on the move every day in the UK, Spain and throughout Europe, which allows us to adapt to the time and price for our customers.
Our vans are from 12 to 24 cbm and have a load capacity of up to 1100 kg, but our offers can also be made for part loads, then the weight is adjusted to the given transport.
BEFORE accepting our offer, please confirm the available date.
Cash on delivery is accepted, but only if it has been agreed before collection. We reserve the right not to accept cash due to driver safety in some countries
Bank transfers must be subject to international bank charges paid by the sender. The settlement currency is either £ or Euro.
Note: our offer is a total price without any additional charges unless you increase the scope of the order.
Includes: Ferry / Tolls / Fuel / Standard Insurance unless otherwise agreed
All items must be wrapped with furniture to prevent damage - unwrapped items are not insured
Not covered by insurance - antiques / purchase separate insurance / glass, electronics etc
Any damage must be reported at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery note, otherwise insurers will not accept a claim
Luton 1100kg van or similar
Any cancellations on the day of loading will be charged at 100% of the cost and up to 48 hours prior (working hours)
Cancellations due to incorrect information or job offer different to that listed / circumstances have changed will be charged at 50% and will be invoiced. Deposits paid prior to the move are also non-refundable due to the time and planning we have put into it.
All costs associated with overweight delivery vehicles are the responsibility of the customer.
All moves to countries where customs clearance is required will require additional documentation and customs fees if applicable.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Han venido dos personas para mover una casa entera de un lado a otro. No tenían las herramientas adecuadas para desmontar los canapés ni tampoco una carretilla para mover cosas pesadas, tipo lavadora. Cosa que hemos proporcionado los propietarios. No ha habido incidente destacados pero gan sido dos mudanzas muy laboriosas y largas. Tener en cuenta para próximas veces. |

Mi experiencia con Anyvan ha sido buena en términos generales, si bien hay cosas muy mejorables, como los tiempos de respuesta de Anyvan y del transportista en particular (en mi caso, Akapoa). Es el propio cliente el que tiene que estar pendiente de contactar con el transportista para obtener información, lo que genera más estrés y da una sensación de abandono y falta de profesionalidad. Al final todo ha salido bien y la mudanza se ha realizado correctamente, pero hasta practicamente el día anterior a la mudanza no tuve información de la hora de llegada del transportista. En resumen, mudanza realizada correctamente, aunque mejorable. |

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. It was the most horrible experience. The communication from start to finish was terrible, I had no idea what day/time they would arrive. On the day I was supposed to receive my boxes they didn't come or respond to my messages. They then demanded I pay more because I didn't carry my boxes to the lorry, and then threatened to keep my boxes if I didn't pay in advance. When they arrived they refused to help my old father offload the boxes - overall a disgusting experience. |

We agreed on a price and the contents as well the parking, none of this was adhered to and was told I would have to pay more due to the work and time it took Akapoa We do our best to offer competitive prices. When there's extra work involved, we have to charge more, but when there's less work, we offer a discount. We believe this is fair, and you can check out other reviews to see what others think. Der Transport des Umzugsguts von der Costa Blanca ins Rheinland funktionierte bestens, obwohl er länger dauerte als erwartet und die Kommunikation mit dem spanischen Spediteur etwas schleppend war. Aber die Fahrer der Vans waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Ladung kam komplett und unversehrt an. |
