Van driver had an accident so did not turn up. Manager extremely helpful - but could only arrange 3 days later. This is unavoidable, however, anyvan promised to credit my account and failed to do so, so that I could use another company, but that did not happen, so I have had to pay them twice! Ady1973 (23) replied: We hope these days never come, but accidents do happen and this as put a driver and vehicle of the road, I offered to deliver the item myself within 3 days. Apart from anyvan not paying the money back this is nothing to do with us and should not be on my feedback. |

accepted bid and never heard a thing from him with some perfetic excuses for not ringing me beware only seems to want to do the jobs he wants to weather you accept his bid or not , i have rang him plenty of time does not answer waste of my time and now messed up my move Ady1973 (23) replied: We rang so many times and he never picked up so we emailed still no answer. Its a shame this as happened however there is only so much we can do to contact some one. |
