I am still waiting for my collection and delivery to be done, I keep getting messages not happy with the wait Ady01 When I place a bid I always state the following (I offer cheap prices, as long your available from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday). But for some reason they accept and then change the agreement say I need to collect at 4.30pm, At the end of the day I cant have a van sitting around waiting, if you couldn't do my timings then don't book me. |

Very poor communication. Eventually had to cancel this order because the 22 mile trip to collect a sofa was proving impossible. I've wasted a week of my time, and tested the patience of the seller. Don't ever touch this guy, left me down 5-6 times kept changing delivery date and in the end after paying him for delivery I had to go with another company last minute in to get it done before the person moved house, no communication with me did not even phone me before cancelling or the seller. Simply terrible service...don't bother with him you have been warned Ady01 We agreed a collection and delivery the first week which she accepted then she stated it couldn't happy at all that week? she failed on first agreement? we then only stated we will try for Saturday, I explained it had to be on a route? It could not happen at 7am? she is a very rude person and a lair? she expected us to drop everything even when she failed to keep to the first timings? Not sure where she got 4-5 times. I am happy not to do the job now, bad customer |

I believe the transport provider I chose would have been very good, but his Vans were stolen so he had to cancel all collections. Ady01 This is a great customer, at the time I had problems with staff and vans. Sorry to let the customer down |
