We are a courier firm that has been there for nearly 10 years. Our main focus is customer satisfaction and value our customer. We offer white glove service, UK and Europe pallet deliveries, next day parcel delivery and same day service.
We have a fleet of vehicles that goes any around the country and in to Europe, between 7-14 days.

Really bad service, promised to pick up and deliver next day, but was waiting for 1.5 weeks and did not pick up the phone on top of that. Really disappointing. Were forced to cancel the deal as very unreliable. |

Good price. Not so good on when the chair would be picked up and delivered or communication with the parties involved. However, it arrived safely. |

Transport provider was very uncommunicative throughout the whole collection and delivery process - I had to kepp chasin up on progress. When it eventually arrived it was broken and had a lot more scratches than purchase photos of item showed, though this will be hard to determine where problem occurred. |

Looking at all the negative feedback (amongst some positives to be fair) there is at the very least a serious communication problem in your company Adrian; like other users, I took you at your word, after a week you have not even arranged a pick up. This has cost me a lot of wasted calls and time, you NEVER reply or leave a message! Do not use this firm, learn from my experience, read the feedback in detail before accepting. I should have gone with the alternative quote that was actually cheaper and appears to be a reliable firm but trusted Adrian's promise. A mistake. |

I would give a higher rating if communication with Adrian had been better. I had to contact him each time to find out delivery, contact with seller and delivery date to my house. I would expect the van driver to contact seller to let them know that they could schedule a pick up and to contact me to give me a delivery date to me without me having to chase up that information. The delivery, itself was ok, however, I had to phone driver to get the payment information as he indicated that no one came to the door when he delivered, although I was here and didn't know he had delivered until I phoned him to ask where he was. The table was eventually delivered, but I had to wait along time. Not very good at liaising, but had it collected at a good price. Adrian05 (27) replied: We had agreed with you on Tuesday and we turned up at your house but you said you where away on surgery, we cannot leave whatever we do to let other customers that we had agreed with on a date down |

Adrian was very polite and helpful, and his drivers took great care in delivering my art work and products into the centre of London. I was so impressed by the service that I hired them for the return journey. |
