We are well experienced in the transport industry, we believe in quoting for the most cost effective transport available to you and then if you require a more tailored service just ask and we can re quote. So the quote you have been given includes.
-Van, 1 driver and driver’s mate
-Collection & Delivery of your item within 7 days
-Notification of collection/delivery the day prior to it taking place
-Collection & Deliveries between 8am-8pm
-Full driver communication, they will advise a rough ETA on the day and let you know when they are 30 minutes away.
If you require an additional service such as

-First Floor collection/delivery
Please just ask so we can amend the quote to include any specific requirements.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Although they saw the list of my contents and agreed to a price, they broke their promises and left me in limbo at the time I did not need it. I am most unsatisfied with them and your service. Ade09 The lady confirmed she has more items to be added and suggested paying additional money as it will require two trips I therefore advised her to contact anyvan to request for a bigger van to avoid her paying more money and she promised to call anyvan in line with my advice I also called anyvan customer service to report and the job was re listed and message sent to me I did not want to accept customer's suggestion to pay additional money without anyvan s approval to avoid problem The job is scheduled for 27th of February and there is sufficient time to resolve the matter with the customer but when I called her to find out if anyvan customer service had resolved the matter she dropped the phone in anger but thanked me for calling her |

We had our bedroom furniture move carried out by Ade09. They agreed to move all the furniture on our list including ks bed, wardrobe and electric piano and the price they quoted was very reasonable. We dismantled all of the heavier items ourselves prior to the removal. They succesfully moved all the furniture with mine an my partner's assistance, however they commented on several occasions about the weight of some of the items. They also disputed that they wouldn't be insured to move the type of Electric piano we had (Yamaha Clavinova - they stated it was an 'electric organ') and wouldn't have been offered the job had Anyvan known the piano was this type. This wasn't an issue when we previously had the piano moved with another van company (also through anyvan) and I feel this should have been queried prior to accepting the job if the weight/type was going to be an issue. Ade also made a few unnecessary remarks regarding the type of furniture we had, stating we didn't need such things as we were young people. I suppose this is a minor point, but comments like this are a bit unprofessional in my opinion. All the furniture was moved successfully and undamaged, however they struggled with moving the heavier items. Ade09 I have responded by completing the appeal form and forwarded accordingly The job were successfully completed with no damage even though from 1st floor to another first floor as confirmed by customer Customer did not show us any annoyance on comments made by him and those made by us many of those comments were personal with no relevant to the job As stated in the appeal form Happy he confirmed there was no damage and he signed completed form and gave us extra money in appreciation only to write negative comments as after thought I hereby request that this comments contradicts actual thing that happened and should be removed from my profile for purpose of contradictions |

There were two people that were very helpful in carrying my things in and out of the van. I had to stop at a different address first to collect the keys of my flat and the driver agreed to do it. There was a lack of parking space and the driver wasn't very flexible into stopping somewhere and let me pick it up. Other than that, a good moving experience. |

Moving stuff was OK, but they parked on the grass verge then got stuck and gouged up all the grass. Not a good first day with new neighbours! They could have parked on the road and carried the furniture a bit further and they did have a trolley. Won't use Abe09 again. Ade09 Iam surprise about the unfair statement from the clergy woman even when she knows the main road was just too narrow to allow us park as it was preventing passage of other vehicles We had no alternative but to park a bit off the road which could have damaged our van as the place was even slippery but we had no choice so as not to irresponsibly prevent traffic flow Another surprise is that both the clergy lady and her son were present and did not complain when we took the decision to park off the road to off load and did not complain after we completed the offload We parted amicably after signing our job sheet and payment received The comment is very unfair to us |
