Very unprofessional. When he did not show up at an agreed time we gave him a call and he promised to come in one hour. After that, he has stopped responding to calls and went completely silent. We waited the whole day but he never showed up. He didn't even bother to text us knowing he's not planning to show up and judging from other comments here it's not the first and perhaps not the last time this happens. |

This courier changed the delivery date by 24 hours and then did not come that day or let us know they weren't coming. I had to call to ask where they were and they said they would come the following day by midday - they actually came at 6.30pm, despite being told we were going out at 5pm. |

The boys came exactly when they said they would and their communication was excellent. They kept me updated on their progress throughout. They collected and delivered a very heavy wardrobe on New Year's Eve. It was extremely heavy and we would never have been able to put it in place without them. Excellent service, very much appreciated. |

never turned up. They confirmed they could do it but kept on stringing me along all day. They were originally going to come at 3pm but I had to cancel the job at 7pm as they could be there before then. Adamlill we did state in more than one message that it was the last job of the day and it would be after 3pm at 5.30 we left to you allways keeping in contact you nolonger wanted it compleated. at no point did we give you a guaranteed time. and your listing on anyvan did state a flexable time fraim not 3pm exactley. |
