We agreed a 9am pickup. I phoned at 8:55 asking where they were and they said Blackwall Tunnel (I live in Fulham) and they would arrive at 9:30. I knew this wasn't the case and they'd arrive past 10 at the earliest; as I head to leave for work, I had to leave all the furniture items outside myself and ask the estate office to help pay. we'd agreed a price of 50 pounds, but I left 40 - and thought that was massively generous. |

Didn't get any confirmation call or email from the transport provider. Tried to contact them but the mobile phone details were incorrect and no response to my email. On the day they were early for the pick up but did not deliver at the requested time so there was no one available to take delivery when they finally arrived. Having waited for 2 hours for the delivery and then left I had to go back to let them in again. They were very nice and apologised but the lack of contact was not professional. |
