- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)

AVOID - Money was requested up front and I paid by bank transfer - job confirmed for pick up last Friday. No-one turned up. We rang the contact number late Friday afternoon and again on Saturday - no-one answers. Sent an email Saturday & on Monday - no replies. In the end I contacted Anyvan.com who emailed them and they said they were trying to find out why no one had collected - Now 2 days later, still no satisfactory explanation, they offered to refund money immediately but have not done so. My customer is angry and our business will suffer. I WILL NEVER USE ANYVAN.COM AGAIN - Their verification of the transport providers on their site is totally inadequate and offers no security to users. I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket and having to pay again to get my consignment to my customer in Ireland. |
