due to recent events and customers we have had no option but to list these t&cs. by accepting our bid you accept ALL the terms laid out below. book it now jobs can cancel without charge if you do not agree to these t&cs.
1. As most the listings are vague our bid is therefore only an estimate based on your listing and we will charge more for non listed items or items that are larger/heavier than listed.
2. All items are assumed to be ground floor to ground unless you MESSAGE and say different (before accepting the bid). we will charge upto £30 a floor above ground floor, or we will drop kerb side only.
3. Access and parking must be suitable at collection and delivery. any and all parking fees/fines will be paid for by the customer. we DO NOT collect or deliver on any red routes. if your delivery is on a red route we will NOT deliver your goods. they will be placed in storage in Leicester and charged upto £30 a day plus costs to transport them there until you collect them. AGAIN IF YOU ARE ON A RED ROUTE DO NOT ACCEPT OUR BID.
4. Congestion charge is NOT included in bids if you are within the congestion zone then £15 will be added.
5. Failure to be at delivery point. we will wait 15 mins after that its £15 per 15 mins or part there off. timed from our text to you saying we are there. after 1 hour your goods will go in to storage at your cost as in art. 3.
6. Don't ask to travel in the van as the answer is NO.
7. cancelations. once booked there is a 100% cancelation fee.
we are sorry to have to do this but it should only affect less than 1% of our customers

Will not recommend or use ever again ! They would not put the item of furniture upstairs nor would they put it in the room downstairs A2b4you As the customer who booked and paid for the job will not speak to me personally ,and has told her husband that he is not to get involved, I have no alternative than to put other customers in the picture. The dresser was approximately 7ft high and as wide as the corridor leading into the room where our customers sister wanted it putting. On turning the dresser to the door space it was a tight fit and approximately a foot too tall. With no means of tilting to get an angle it was clear to anyone that it would not fit through the door. On exploring the alternative options given, the upstairs option was dismissed due to a number of hazards and obstacles making it unsafe. Selecting the third option given the dresser was carefully edged around tight corners and low light fittings into place having removed and then replaced any items which could have been damaged on route. Once completed we had to find the lady who then signed the job sheet to say everything was satisfactory. We accept that there is a percentage of customers who you can not please however hard you try ,presumably due to personal problems and pressures not related to the actual delivery. We hope you had a good Christmas and can resolve any other issues you may have in the new year. Thanks Mike. |

The driver has been wonderful unable to collect from difficult seller but went back another day and has now got my sofa. He will deliver to me asap but I am happy and not in a hurry. . Really appreciative of him going back. |
