I have over 5 years experience in the industry so you can be sure that your good will be transited safely and efficiently.
My van is fully equipped with straps, blankets and tools to ensure that your goods are well looked after whilst in transit.

This driver failed to show on the scheduled day - with no advance notice. We rearranged to the following day. He eventually arrived much later than scheduled and after making to delivery tried to charge me extra. 4wheels Hi thanks but the job was to be done by 25/10/18 any day this was the information provided on the listing. Secondly I had to call you to get directions as you only provided postcodes for both pick up which was the wrong post code and delivery address, and that's not bieng unprofessional but it was a matter of not enough information given, Additionally There was a half hour delay as the builders in your property were on lunch it's a very busy road with no parking space I was in risk of getting a ticket ! I had to park on the middle of road to load the van with hazards on as it was a priority job In regards to the extra charge it was because you had additional 3 Rolls of underlay as well as the 35 packs of laminate flooring I have been in this trade since 2009 and i try to always fulfill jobs undertaken with special care of all goods Bieng fully aware that at times where flexibility is given on a job which in this case was to be delivered by 25/10/18 Was delivered a day earlier before closing hours as this was a same day job from London to Leicester With this said i understand people are busy and can't always attend calls, you was at work and you didn't provide contact details of the builders who could have guided me so I had to wait for your reply to find the correct location sorry but I had no other contact except the one provided to get the right address details Hope you understand Thanks you |
