STAY AWAY. DRIVERS PHONE REMAINS SWITCHED OFF. ON INITIAL CONTACT HE SAID HE WOULD COLLECT THE NEXT DAY. NEVER ANSWERED PHONE OR COLLECTED. DISHONEST AND UNRELIABLE. 365Moves The customer had contacted and informed they would send pictures by text which they never did. Made out of hours phone calls one after the other without leaving any time between and then requests to cancel job before giving the opportunity to be in touch. Customer has received negative feedback in the past for their unrealistic expectations and for a customer whom claimed to be 'flexible' didn't even give the time to plan for the collection of their item |
