having arranged pick up and made sure there would be 2 people he turned up on his own. he explained he was let down and was very apologetic and rearranged pick up for a few days later. on the newly arranged day he did not turn up at all and when we phoned and left numerous massages he did not answer or reply. very frustrating and a total waste of our time. 1stman This was not listed as a 2 man job. I attended to do job anyway. All furniture was oversized plus furniture that was not listed on job. Access to property was up steps not described in job. All furniture would of had to been put over banister, also not described in job. Basically this person wanted a proper job done on the cheap. They also required storage that was also not mentioned. |

Absolute nightmare. didnt turn up to collect when arranged. didnt answer phone or email. called me the following day to say he had "lost his phone" Gave him a second chance. Did the same thing ! Wasted my time and my customers. 1stman This guy was very rude, I had even oken to him on the Sunday to confirm pick up. But he wanted constant attention. I never turned up to collect because anyvan reassigned the job to another person on my request |
