3 men in a large van arrived on time and did the job efficiently BUT on arrival told me that 2 of my 5 items were much heavier than I had advertised (60kg not 10kg apparently, although I had specified that the items were heavy and needed two men to do the job). I was told to pay an extra £30 in cash to the driver. Very annoying and because of this I will not use them again. Unfortunate. 1994move the job had to be completed by 3 movers for it to be done safely, as it involved carrying it up a flight of stairs. the movers believed it weighed closer to 60kg, which was greater then specified on the paperwork , sorry for any inconvenience caused |
