Hi we are a family run business. We will take any load that will fit into our ford transit van securely. We are proud of our 100% feedback as it shows our dedication to customer service. We have insurance for the carriage of goods for hire and reward. I have 10 years experience in van driving in both multi drop and long distance driving. I have carried a variety of goods from valuables white goods all the way down to mail.

The van is still not working so the job have to be cancelled. The driver didn't reply me any messages and calls via phone when I try to do the final comfirmation of delivery. It is much quicker to get in touch with him at anyvan. |

Paid the deposit, received text messages from this agent confirming the job with time slot but they never come. Tried to call them, they answered very irresponsibly and sent a text message saying they're unable to come. Very unprofessional. 0d_rich Due to a family emergency that required myself to be at the hospital for over a week we were unable to complete the job. We did message to explain and apologized for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately these sorts of circumstances can not be helped or predicted. All our other feedback shows how we pride ourselves on customer service and doing the jobs to our best ability. We are again sorry for the fact we could not complete the job . |

Communicated well - updated me on the progress. Collected early (how great!), and moved all my stuff without me having to lift a finger. Updated me when arrived at the storage unit, and when he would return my keys back to me! Great service and an even better price! Would definitely use again! |
