My boyfriend and I were very impressed by the level of service that we received especially given the amount of money we paid! We made a concious decision to leave a generous tip as the deposit that anyvan requests you to make when you book the van does not actually go to the drivers. I highly recommend them! |

Let down as they where running late and then decided to cancel the job. Then to re-book the job for that same day, they charged us £22 extra! So we paid £58 pounds, when we where quoted £36! We basically had to get this job done that day, otherwise I would have told them to stick it!! Really bid service and attitude! Would not recommend' 01wills (27) replied: The customer canceled the job not us and then tried to re-book once the driver had gone on another route. I mix up of communications I believe as the address changed also, very confusing people to work with. |
