Terms and Conditions:
We have placed a bid on your listing as we would be happy to satisfy your delivery needs.
This quote offers a part load service, based on the listing information that you have provided.
The price we quote is always based on an inventory. Please understand that we plan our schedule, we plan our loads. If you have additional items, let us know and we will do everything we can to cover your move.
We are happy to provide the removal service at all times, however if certain steps are required or long distances are required, please let us know in advance - if the distance exceeds 20 meters.
All offers are based on collection and delivery from ground floor to ground floor unless you have informed us about other floors and access.
The driver will assist with loading and unloading .
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that our removal vehicles have a place to park, otherwise you will be responsible for any parking costs. Any parking fines will need to be paid by the customer.
If the order is canceled at short notice, i.e. up to 5 days before the booked date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Insurance :
All your items are covered by our standard insurance - €50 per damaged item or box
In case of damage, we do not need more than 24 hours' notice and notice in CMR .
Payment Policy:
Payments over £500 or €500
50% up to 48 hours before collection and the last 50% at the latest before unloading - we do not accept payments after unloading

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

In the end, I canceled the order because I simply didn't believe anyone would actually handle my move. The communication beforehand was dreadful, agreements on deadlines were not kept, and new dates were constantly being proposed. On top of that, I was expected to pay 50 percent of the total costs before the pickup, which was the final red flag for me. Sometimes you wonder how companies can survive when they operate like this. |

Would not recommend this company , goods were delayed due to a broken down van in Spain , no problem these things happen , but keep your clients informed , no communication , apart from of course when they wanted paying , calling me on the day , i explained was out the country , the were aggressive on the phone and threatened not to deliver the goods , i had to find an internet cafe and pay from my personal account , as my buisness card reader was back in the UK , to add insult to injury they delivered that afternoon and left the two bed rails back at the warehouse , by this time my client in Spain was so upset ,tried to call , no answer on the same number he called me for the money on , three days later the bedsides were delivered , i spent hours on the phone to anyvan customer service , in Cape Town trying for them to reach the transporter , unpleasant experience would not recommend |

This transfer did not happen in the end, because the contact person (Mark) tried to push it to earlier date and in the end didn't have a driver for the date that I have booked. Considering this was a relocation, moving two households to anohter country, I had everything planned around the move date and when it became clear that it will not be possible on that day, I had no choice but to cancel and book alternative option. 10 days later I am still waiting for a deposit to be returned to me, which I am still unsure whether should be refunded by AnyVan or the movers. |

After the job was confirmed and the deposit was paid, communication with this company was very difficult. Leading up to the collection I had a to follow up with the company many times and eventually the collection did not place at all. This situation would been greatly improved if the company communicated clearly and responded in a timely manner. Extremely frustrating service and communication, I would not recommend this company. |

Is this a joke? I’ve been calling monika since Thursday, I’m and I’ve had no response. Only to contact one of your most complacent/ rude staff members last night to get an update on my items and also to ask what on earth these “papers” I have to sign are - the man who picked up my stuff told me I was going to be sent them. Are you now telling me that my items are delivered????? What on earth? |
