Family run business in kent. We are new to the site but with 20 years in the trade. Fully insured copies on request once bid accepted. We have free storage if you need it for a few days if your delivery date changes etc. We will treat your goods as our own once on our van thats where it stays we do not sub it to other parties. Once bid accepted we shall email/text you confirmation and send invoice and payment terms.
Euro Collections/Deliveries
We shall send invoice via email and payment terms but would require payment once bid accepted to secure booking.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Took the money before the job and not answering calls after payment made. had to cancel the job after speaking to anyvan. Waiting for the Refund which I doubt I will get. Wondering if I can get another man with van this last minute. |

Collection was very much later than agreed - 8 hours late which then meant delivery was a day later than agreed. Generally the driver had to be contacted to receive feedback. |

I have used any van many times and will use again just not this driver, this was the worst experience of not knowing what was going on and continuous false promises. Booking was made politely and promptly with promises made for pick up Thursday 5th May at 10am. I then received a text to ask for the full amount to be paid through a bank transfer to book a place on the van before the 5th May which is not part of the Any Van terms, in fact Any Van advise you to pay on collection of your goods, it is ultimately up to you if you do this but it will take time for this driver to refund if it is a failed collection. No contact was made until the 5th of May where I the customer had to contact the driver before 10 am to confirm 10am pick up with receiving indication that the van would be on time " Hi give me half an hour I'll call you" from the driver i wasnt aware of any changes to the time of pick up. A call was made to say that there would be a delay as their precious drop off did not go smoothly 11am came and there was some communication about the delay as the day came and went they did not pick up so i arranged with the driver to pick up on Friday 6th May and deliver the same day at 9am. Again as the day came and went there was limited communication and only through text after one brief call to i assume to reassure me that everything was getting sorted for the pick up by 4pm this day i had contacted any van many time and re-listed my pick up and asked for a refund from this driver. |
